  • Contact information for the complaining party (name, address, phone number, email)

  • A statement that the complaining party has a good faith belief that the use of the material is not authorized by the copyright owner, agent, or law

  • A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notice is accurate and the complaining party is authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner

2. Counter-Notification

If you believe your material was removed or disabled in error, you may file a counter-notification. It must include:

  • Your physical or electronic signature

  • Identification of the material that was removed or access disabled, and the location where it previously appeared

  • A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief the material was removed as a result of mistake or misidentification

  • Your name, address, and phone number, and a statement consenting to the jurisdiction of the federal court in Bernalillo County, New Mexico, or the appropriate jurisdiction where you reside

We will provide your counter-notification to the original complainant and may restore the content if no legal action is filed within 10–14 business days.


3. Repeat Infringer Policy

ZeroBeat Labs maintains a policy to terminate the accounts of repeat copyright infringers in appropriate circumstances. We reserve the right to limit or terminate access for users who violate this policy.
