This Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which ZeroBeat Labs (“we,” “us,” or “our”) may issue refunds for services purchased through our website or authorized platforms.


1. All Sales Are Final

Due to the nature of digital services and provisioning of online streaming resources, all purchases are considered final. Once an order has been placed and service has been provisioned, no refunds will be issued unless required by law.


2. No Refunds for Partial Usage or Downtime

ZeroBeat Labs does not offer refunds for:

  • Partial usage of services within a billing period

  • Downtime caused by scheduled maintenance, force majeure, or third-party data center issues

  • User error, misconfiguration, or failure to use the service as intended


3. Billing Errors

If you believe you have been billed in error, you must notify us within 7 days of the charge. We will investigate and, if a billing error is confirmed, issue a refund or credit to your account at our discretion.


4. Chargebacks

Initiating a chargeback without first contacting us may result in:

  • Immediate suspension of all active services

  • Permanent ban from future services

  • Responsibility for all fees incurred due to the chargeback process


5. Pro-Rated Charges

If you sign up mid-month, your initial invoice will be pro-rated so that subsequent invoices align with our standard billing date (the 1st of each month). These partial charges are not eligible for refunds once services are delivered.


6. Service Delivery and Custom Work

Service is considered delivered once your Shoutcast server account or other hosting service is provisioned. Any custom work requested outside of standard packages is non-refundable unless otherwise agreed in writing.


7. Legal Compliance

This Refund Policy is governed by the laws of the State of New Mexico, including Bernalillo County, and is designed to be enforceable within the United States and internationally to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.

We make every effort to comply with relevant consumer protection and e-commerce laws in other jurisdictions, including but not limited to:

  • The United States Federal Trade Commission (FTC) regulations

  • The European Union’s Consumer Rights Directive

  • The United Kingdom’s Consumer Contracts Regulations

  • Brazil’s Consumer Protection Code

  • Australia’s Consumer Law

By using our services, you acknowledge and agree to this Refund Policy regardless of your location. If any part of this Policy is deemed unenforceable in a specific jurisdiction, the remainder shall remain in full force and effect.This Refund Policy complies with applicable laws of the State of New Mexico, including Bernalillo County, and international e-commerce guidelines.
